What is the digital quality office playbook?

The digital quality office play book consolidates all project deliverables across the end-to-end life cycle of a project. It documents all current deliverables, templates, processes, and guidelines that each project team need to take into account in order to effectively manage a project

Our Objective

This document will guide the  new & existing members of the AIA PH team on the various deliverables required on each phase of the project management life cycle. This will serve a consolidated reference document for all deliverables that are required to deliver a successful project.
