• UiPath and QualityKiosk partnership started back in 2016. UiPath emerged as a major RPA tool organization, were entering India to penetrate the Indian market.

• QualityKiosk is an organization expert on automation becomes an obvious choice. QualityKiosk has been leaders in software testing over the last 15+ years and has key strategic partnership with various customer across BFSI and Automotive customers. Both the organization thrive on innovation and RPA gave them opportunity to join hands.

• The partnership matured and QualityKiosk became DIAMOND partner. QualityKiosk Sales and Product teams along with UiPath national teams worked on Joint Go-To Market strategy (GTM) tapping various sectors and spectrum of customers. Together we have worked more than 20+ customers across APAC regions, running operations from India.

• Many QualityKiosk customers had been invited to attend the global event by UiPath named UiPath Forward, where diversified use cases & technological knowledge were shared by technological experts and RPA leaders from various countries.

• QualityKiosk used UiPath RPA technology and created unique framework (Solutions) like test automation bot (RTATM) which is currently hosted on UiPath PLAY (Bot Store) and monitoring bot for monitoring purposes.

Challenge:

The bank was facing a challenge in implementing faster application releases to meet fast paced requirements of its digital consumers. They were stuck with manual testing in a complex landscape which made it impossible to cope with frequent release timelines. There was also a lack of test data readiness, documentation and maintenance of knowledge libraries which made it all the more difficult for multiple teams to work on a project. This also led to leakage of defects into production and limited scope of functional testing.

Solution:

Quality Kiosk in partnership with UiPath, implemented Robotic Test Automation for Digital Banking applications for the bank, in order to meet release timelines. Quality Kiosk also implemented industry best practices and framework, leveraging domain knowledge and testing expertise of past 20 years to streamline application testing.
